AccuSpec was incorporated in 1992 in sunny
Virginia Beach, VA. The company provides building inspection and reporting
services to the Hampton Roads Area (Southeastern Virginia).
AccuSpec carries Errors and Omissions
and General Liability Insurance.
Our inspectors are Bonded. AccuSpec has a record of customer satisfaction.
AccuSpec has never had any significant complaints.
AccuSpec currently employs three full time
CERTIFIED inspectors. Bruce Chinery,
Mark Mills, and
Tom Perkins perform the majority
of inspections.
AccuSpec maintains a roster of other professional
inspectors who are employed as necessary to meet demand.
