Not satisfied with your inspection? Tell your inspector before receiving your report and we will either make it right or you don't pay the fee.

On-Time Guarantee

If our inspector is delayed for any reason, we will reduce your fee by one dollar, up to $45 maximum, for every minute over fifteen minutes of delay
Damage Guarantee

Did you know that that your sales contract holds YOU responsible for any damage your inspector causes? Our inspectors don't normally fall through the ceiling onto the baby grand piano, but just don't you worry..... We assume all responsibility for any damage we cause.
$50.00 Off Second Inspection

If you don't purchase the first home we inspect, we will perform another inspection, within 60 days with the same Realtor, and charge you $50 less than our standard fee.
