Inspections
AccuSpec professionals perform inspections
and produce computer reports on the
condition of residential properties for buyers and sellers.
The main purpose is to describe observable symptoms
of major defects which may require repair. Maintenance Recommendations,
Home Operating Tips, and Life Expectancies are provided. Reports are produced on site

AccuSpec's residential inspections exceed
the standards of an inspection and report as described by the
American
Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice.
Inspections are also performed according to
the strict
ASHI
Code of Ethics which protects consumers from conflicts of interest, and
which assures an independent opinion regarding the property.
A basic residential home inspection of an
average small home that meets the minimum ASHI Standards of Practice
should take two hours or more. Larger homes and homes with more features
take considerably more time.
