Inspector Training
Details
Are you interested in a business that will pay you an annual salary, after
all expenses and overhead, of up to $100,000? Yes, this is on the high end and
will require a lot of work, however, once established you should easily earn a
personal salary of $50,000 or more.
My name is Tom Perkins. I own AccuSpec Home Inspections and have worked as a
successful Home Inspector since 1992, during which time we have inspected over
12000 residential and commercial buildings.
The home inspection business is a growing business. More homebuyers are
demanding inspections. Real Estate contracts now require purchasers to elect or
reject inspections. A career in Home Inspection offers independence, security,
high earnings potential and more, resulting in significant personal satisfaction
and job security.
You too can achieve this high level of personal satisfaction and earnings
potential. AccuSpec provides training which will get you started, the
Fundamentals
of Home Inspection.
AccuSpec’s training program is very unique – that is, intensive training
is provided to only
ONE
individual at a time. One on one training is hard to find.
AccuSpec’s training program is very flexible; the agenda
can be arranged to train you on a full time or a part time basis. You will not
need to take time off from your current job. Study will be accomplished in your
home, AccuSpec’s office, and/or in the field. A
sign
off sheet / check list will be provided so that you and I can track your
progress through the program. This will allow you the flexibility of scheduling
the training activities at your convenience.
It’s important to realize the difference between AccuSpec’s training
program and others. AccuSpec’s program is NOT a correspondence course during
which you have no one to consult with. AccuSpec’s program does NOT include
classroom study with a lot of other students, listening to lectures, and hoping
you can get a question or two answered. For the Level 3 or 4 student, AccuSpec’s
program DOES include a ONE on ONE
intensive relationship with your instructor. You
will have my undivided attention, enabling you to get the maximum possible
benefit from your training. You will be exposed to the way things really work in
the Home Inspection Business as you "apprentice" with me.

The amount of technical information that is available in the tapes can be
overwhelming as well as downright intimidating. One of the most valuable aspects

useless without a sound understanding of the business issues. A successful

where the business comes from and how to grow it is critical. Avoiding lawsuits
is critical. The Business Management Module includes:

|

The Business Management Module is provided with Level 3 and 4 training only.

as well as on going discussions of the issues as the student progresses through
the apprenticeship phase of the program. Hard copies and disk copies of all

Live Inspections
Participate in
real Home
Inspections! This is where it all comes together. You will not receive training
like this in any classroom or through any distance learning or correspondence
course. You will not only see actual deficiencies, but just as important you
will observe a highly successful inspection, reporting and presentation style.
Again, in this business it’s not what you say, but how you say it.
Presentation style and your understanding of the real estate transaction and the
involved parties are critical to your success.

How much would you be willing to pay for training that will get you started
in a business which will pay you an annual salary, after all expenses and
overhead, of up to $100,000? If you average 15 inspections per week for 50 weeks
per year at an average fee of $200 per inspection, then your gross earnings will
