The home inspection business is a growing business.
More homebuyers are demanding inspections. Many Real Estate contracts now
require purchasers to elect or reject inspections. A career in Home
Inspection offers independence, security, high earnings potential and more.
AccuSpec can help you achieve a high level of both personal satisfaction and earnings
potential in the home inspection field. AccuSpec offers an apprenticeship
training program which will get you started.
Our program is very unique – that is, intensive on
the job training is provided to only ONE individual at a
time. Training like this is hard to find.
AccuSpec’s training program is flexible; the
agenda can be arranged to train you on a full time or a part time basis.
It’s important to realize the difference between
AccuSpec’s training program and others. AccuSpec’s program is NOT a
correspondence course during which you have no one to consult with.
AccuSpec’s program does NOT include classroom study with a lot of other
students, listening to lectures, and hoping you can get a question or two
answered. AccuSpec’s program DOES include a ONE
on ONE intensive relationship with your instructor. You will
have your instructor's undivided attention, enabling you to get the maximum
possible benefit from your training. You will be exposed to the way things
really work in the Home Inspection Business as you “apprentice” with us.
Training includes professionally produced Video
Modules, the Home Inspection Business Module,
Real Home Inspections, Training and Reference Manual,
Report Software, Post Training Support, the AccuSpec Certificate of
Achievement, and more. On a full time basis, level 4 Training will take
approximately 3 weeks to complete.
Training fees run from $1995 to $4995, depending on the
level of training elected. Fees are payable by cash, check, or credit card
and are payable at the time of enrollment. There is no G.I. Bill nor any
other financial assistance available. Fees are subject to change without notice.
