Bruce Chinery Credentials
Bruce averages over 500 home inspections per year. He is a Certified
Industrial Arts Instructor, with a background in construction. Before
retiring from the Coast Guard in 1998 he served as an industrial and
naval engineering officer and attained his master degree. Bruce is also
experienced in residential construction, septic systems, and foundation and
concrete
work.
He also has ten years of experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, air
conditioning, electrical, and electronics systems.
Bruce is a Certified Member of the American Society of Home
Inspectors, is Virginia State Certified, and is a member of the Hampton Roads Chapter of ASHI.
